Text Formatting

Text formatting refers to the application of styles and layout options to the text of a Bible translation or other scriptural documents. This includes choices regarding font size, typeface, bold or italic emphasis, paragraph alignment, indentation, and the use of headings or subheadings. Text formatting is crucial for enhancing readability, indicating structural or thematic divisions, and ensuring consistency across the text, making it easier for readers to navigate and understand the scripture.


Translation Type

Indicates if the submission is the first translation in the language, a new translation (not a revision), or an update to an existing translation. (e.g First , New , Revision , Study / Help Material )

Choose First if most books were not translated before.

Audience the intended readership or group of people for whom the translation or text is being prepared (e.g Basic , Common , Common - Literary , Literary , Liturgical , Children ). audience
Versed Paragraphs

each verse starts a new paragraph (e.g. true or false )

When there's one p para for an entire chapter but the text should be rendered as one paragraph per verse.
