Application Dashboard

The application dashboard gives an overview of where someone is in the process of applying for DBL membership. Once you’ve started an application, you can save and exit at any time, and return to the application at a later time. When you return to the membership application, the following screen will appear:

We call this the ‘application dashboard’; it is designed to make the membership application process as quick and easy as possible. Each section shows you a part of the application that needs to be completed in order to finalize your application. Below is an overview and explanation of those sections:

The status of your application

  • In Progress: you’ve started your application, but we’re still missing some information that needs to be completed.


  • Ready to Submit: you’ve completed all the sections of the application, and it is ready to be submitted! Just click ‘Submit application’ to proceed with review.

  • Success!: the application has been submitted successfully! The DBL team will review your application and get in touch with you shortly.


Steps of the Membership Application

  • Contact number. A valid contact number is needed to complete the application. This is where you go to either enter a contact number or update a previously entered contact number.
  • Organization information. In this step of the application, please provide basic information regarding your organization.
  • Partners and References. You are required to provide at least one partner and one reference to complete your application.
  • Sign services agreement. In order to become a member with DBL, you need to sign a services agreement.
  • Membership type. Indicate whether your organization is applying to be a Contributor or a Distributor.
