Organization Portal

The organization portal provides an overview of the organizations you are associated with.

As you can see in the screenshot below, this portal has three main sections:

  1. Pending Requests. These are requests to manage or help manage organizations. Each request will show which organization is making the request, whom they are requesting for a management role, and which role they are requesting to be fulfilled. These requests can be approved or denied from this screen and will show for anybody in the organization that has the required permissions.
  2. Direct Roles. These are organizations in which you have a direct role. The list shows the name of each organization, the country in which the organization is located, whether they are a Contributor or Distributor (or both), and your specific role with that organization. You’ll also be able to see whether these organizations are inactive or have an application in progress or in review.
  3. Delegate Roles. These are organizations you help manage on behalf of another organization. This may happen because organizations work together or an organization doesn’t have the manpower to manage an organization without assistance. You’ll see their name, their country, the type of organization they are (Contributor, Distributor, or both), and which manager role you fulfill for them. A delegate role has the same permissions as a direct role.

Each organization can be accessed in more detail by clicking ‘View’ next to the organization’s name. You can also add an organization by clicking ‘Add organization’ in the top right of the screen.
