Browse the Content Library
DBL makes it easy to discover its extensive range of content. To access this content, click on ‘View content’ under ‘Browse Content’ in the DBL home screen.
You can also look for content anytime by clicking on 'Content' in the menu at the top of the page.
As you can see in the screenshot below, the content library provides an overview with relevant information about the content. This content can be searched using the search bar while also allowing you to sort, filter, and view details about the content.
The view shown above has six menu items across the top that change which content is displayed.
- All Entries - shows all content in the DBL.
- Owned - shows all content that your organization owns.
- Managed - shows all content that your organization manages.
- Licensed - shows all content that your organization has licenses for.
- Unpublished - shows all content that your organization has archived or hidden (confidential or private) as well as content that was marked as 'Obsolete' in DBL Classic.
- Drafted - shows all content that your organization is in the process of uploading or revising.
You can access a variety of information regarding the content from this screen:
The name of the item
The organization that provided the content (small bold text)
The language of the content
The type of content the item is - an icon showing text, audio, video, or braille
The scope of the content - the entire Bible, Old or New Testament, or passages of the Bible
