Content Summary

To access a content Item's details, click View next to the item as shown below.

First, notice the gray section at the top of the page. The icon symbol indicates the format type, the title of the content, the name of the organization that provided the content, the content’s language (with 3-letter language code in parenthesis, according to ISO 639-3 standards), and tag(s) that indicate the portions of the Bible (e.g. Old Testament, New Testament, All Books).

The summary of the content contains various sections: Overview, Format details, Managing organizations, and Related content.

If you have been granted access to download the files for this content item, an alert window will be displayed with the link labeled Access files. There are two kinds of licensing access: Open access and Controlled access. For more details, read the article, Content License.

Overview

This section has a description of the content in English and other metadata, like date published, date submitted, date updated, the primary country where the language is used, and rights information.

Format details

Each format type will have specific details, as illustrated below:

Managing organizations

A content item may be entirely managed by one organization, or multiple organizations with various roles, e.g. Account Manager, License Manager, Content Manager. Click on the View link to learn more about the organization.

Related items

Other related content items may be listed, perhaps related by different format types, similar languages, or a particular region.

At the bottom of this summary page, browse previous versions of the content by clicking on the View revision history link.
