Content Library
Our Content Library is where you can explore a growing catalog of scripture in a variety of formats and languages. Each translation of scripture is presented on a dedicated page, complete with an overview of the content, formatting details, and information about the managing organizations. These pages are designed to clearly outline available licenses, making it easy to understand usage rights and access downloadable bundles of both the scripture content and detailed metadata.
Our library features Open content, ready for immediate access, alongside Controlled content, which can be accessed through a simple 'request a license' to gain access.
Member Community
Dive into our Member Community, where you can learn about the organizations and individuals that make up the vibrant DBL network. Here, detailed profiles provide insights into their roles and contributions, fostering connections and collaboration across our platform.
License Management
We’ve worked to simplify the License process to enhance clarity and efficiency. Whether you're creating templates for future use or approving and managing existing licenses, our goal is to streamline each step, allowing you to focus on what truly matters: gaining access to content.
Metadata
Our Metadata is built to ensure that all content is organized and accessible. By adhering to standardized specifications, we make sure every piece of content is easy to find and ready to use. Each download includes a metadata.xml file, offering crucial information at a glance.
In-App Uploader
Our In-App Uploader provides content managers with an easy method to upload and manage content in various formats, including text, audio, video, print, and braille. The uploader supports efficient content management made to be accessible anywhere you have access to the internet. In addition to our in-app uploader, we continue to maintain a robust integration with Paratext for adding and managing text content.
Public API
We have made considerable improvements to our Public API and thoroughly updated the documentation to better support developers in integrating with DBL and extending their application functionalities.
