Visibility
In this part of the publishing process, the visibility of the content item is set. This visibility setting determines who is able to view the content’s availability when browsing and searching the DBL Content Library. Here is what the page looks like:

Select the visibility setting to determine who will be able to see your content item.
Public
When you choose the value of ‘Public’, the content is visible to all DBL members when they browse the Content Library. If this content is Open access, then any member (individuals and organizations) can see that this content is freely available and instantly download the content bundle.
If this content is Controlled access, then Distributor organizations may request a license agreement.
Private
When you choose the value of ‘Private’, the content is visible only to the Contributor organization. Other DBL members will not see the availability of this content item.
Revision comment
At the bottom of this page, the required field must be filled in with a brief summary of changes. This revision history provides a log of changes made to this content item.
When DBL members view a content item’s summary page, the bottom will have a link titled: View revision history.
Click on that link to display the content’s Revision History that looks like this example:

When you're ready to move on to the final part of the upload process, click 'Save and Continue' in the bottom right corner. This will take you to the Publishing Dashboard.
